The McKesson Thera Calazinc Body Shield is a scented skin protectant cream that comes in a 4-ounce tube. It is formulated with zinc oxide (20%) as a skin protectant and has a lowered viscosity, so it is easier to apply and leaves less residue. It is made for use on skin that is wet, cracked or prone to chafing.
- Skin protectant that forms a barrier on the skin and helps manage moisture
- Formulated with zinc oxide (20%) as a protectant
- Forms a barrier on skin affected by wetness, cracking and chafing, including skin affected by incontinence-associated dermatitis
- Formulated with hyaluronic acid, a natural lubricating substance that bonds with water to hydrate the skin and help improve its appearance
- Calazime helps dry light exudates from compromised skin
- Lowered viscosity for easier application and less residue
- Contains a proprietary vitamin blend that includes, but is not limited to, vitamins B, C and E
- Active ingredients: zinc oxide and calamine, 20% / 3% strength
