The McKesson Brand wound drain tube is a sterile, round silicone drain used for wound drainage. It measures 7 Fr. and 9 inches long. Internal ribs and a 10-mm discrete drain design are built into the tube.
- Internal ribs in the discrete drain help keep the drain from collapsing or becoming occluded
- 10-mm discrete drain gives a minimal transition from the drain hub to the drain tubing, for ease of removal and added patient comfort
- Radiopaque, so it is visible under X-ray
