The McKesson Brand Medihoney Wound and Burn Dressing Paste is a honey-based wound dressing, a paste that comes in a 1½-ounce tube. It is made with leptospermum honey and is used on wounds and burns. Each tube holds 44 mL of dressing.
- Used for chronic as well as acute wounds
- High osmolarity, which provides a moist wound environment
- Low pH, which lowers the pH of the wound environment
- Made to be easy to remove from the wound
- Each tube contains 44 mL of wound dressing with active leptospermum honey
- Honey wound and burn dressing in paste form
