The McKesson Left Wrist Splint with Abducted Thumb is a wrist and thumb brace, also called a wrist/thumb orthosis, made for the left hand. It is sized Large for adults and uses removable aluminum stays to hold the wrist and thumb in position. You adjust the fit with a D-ring and hook and loop strap closure.
