The Major prenatal multivitamin and multi-mineral supplement is a tablet made for use before and after birth. It combines folic acid, iron and other nutrients in one tablet. Each bottle holds 100 tablets.
- Contains folic acid, iron and other nutrients that pregnant women need in sufficient amounts
- Also contains calcium and vitamin D, which lactating women need after birth
- Vitamin A: 1,200 micrograms (as acetate and 4% beta carotene)
- Vitamin C: 100 milligrams (as ascorbic acid)
- Vitamin D: 400 IU
- Vitamin E: 5 milligrams
- Thiamin: 1.5 milligrams
- Riboflavin: 1.7 milligrams
- Niacin, also known as vitamin B-3: 18 milligrams
- Vitamin B-6: 2.6 milligrams
- Folic acid: 800 micrograms
- Vitamin B-12: 4 micrograms
- Calcium: 200 milligrams
- Iron: 27 milligrams (as ferrous fumarate)
- Zinc: 25 milligrams
