Thick-It Variety of Meat Entrées Purée is a thickened food in a smooth purée consistency. It is made for adult users who need food rated IDDSI Level 4 Pureed. Each case holds five flavors, so you can offer a range of entrées.
- Seasoned chicken patty purée: made with chicken and seasoned with garlic, onion and paprika
- Beef stew purée: made with slowly simmered beef and vegetables including potatoes, carrots, green peas and celery
- Beef lasagna purée: beef, pasta, tomato sauce and Italian cheeses
- Beef in barbecue sauce purée: beef with zesty BBQ sauce, with smoke flavor added
- Chicken à la King purée: made with chicken and a variety of vegetables
- Shelf-stable purées in a consistent texture
- Ready to eat: open, heat and serve
