The Hollister Premier one-piece urostomy pouch is a drainable pouch, one you empty through a soft drain valve at the bottom. It comes pre-sized to 1-3/8 inches (35 mm), so there is no cutting to fit. The clear pouch and Flextend extended wear barrier are part of a one-piece system.
