The Hollister Premier 8486 is a one-piece urostomy pouch, a drainable pouch with a soft drain valve at the bottom. It comes pre-cut to 1-1/4 inches (32 mm), so there is no cutting to fit. It has a built-in convex design and an Ultra Clear, transparent pouch.

- Pre-sized to 1.25 inches (32 mm), also listed as 1-1/4 inch stoma opening
