The Hollister New Image FormaFlex skin barrier is the base plate of a two-piece ostomy system, the part that sticks to your skin and holds the pouch. You stretch and shape the opening by hand, so there is no cutting to fit. It is made to stay in place for long periods.
- FormaFlex adhesive keeps the barrier securely in place for long periods
- Stretch and shape the opening to fit the stoma with your hands only, no scissors needed
- Built-in floating flange has room for your fingers, which reduces pressure on the abdomen while you attach the pouch
- Tape border adds extra security
- Measures 1.75 inches square and fits stomas up to 1.25 inches
- Fits all New Image closed, drainable and urostomy pouches that have a matching flange size
