The Hemosure DUO Home Kit Mailer is a fecal occult blood test, also called an iFOB or FIT. It is built for stool sample collection in a tube. It uses a combination of antibodies to identify hemoglobin in test samples.
- Uses a combination of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies to selectively identify hemoglobin in test samples with a high degree of sensitivity
- Positive results for high levels of hemoglobin can be seen in the test as early as one or two minutes
- In less than five minutes, the test can detect elevated levels of human hemoglobin as low as 0.05 (source text reads 0.05?gHb/mL)
