The Luna Ultra-Nourishing Cleansing Balm from Foreo is a lightweight, tri-phase facial cleanser that turns from a balm into an oil. It is used to remove makeup, including waterproof cosmetics. You can use it on its own or as the first step of a two-step cleansing routine.
