The PolyMem foam dressing from Ferris Manufacturing is a lightweight, nonadhesive dressing with no border, so it changes quickly and does not stick to the wound. It is a square, sterile dressing that measures 4 x 4 inches (10 x 10 centimeters). Its nonadherent surface keeps the wound bed protected.
