The PolyMem Shapes silver foam dressing is a sterile, oval dressing made of hydrophilic polyurethane foam, the soft absorbent material used for the pad. It comes already contoured, so you do not need to cut it to shape. It has an adhesive film border and measures 3-1/2 x 5 Inch.
