The Polymem WIC Silver Foam Dressing from Ferris Manufacturing is a silver wound cavity filler, a rope-shaped foam you place inside a wound cavity. It has no film backing and no adhesive border. It is supplied sterile.
- Has no film backing, so the dressing expands within the wound cavity to fill dead space
- Designed to keep the wound bed clean and moisturized while absorbing excess fluid
- Wound filler configuration, so it comes without the PolyMem thin film backing
