The Fabrication Enterprises Relief Pak ColdSpot Contoured Cold Pack is a reusable cold pack, contoured to fit the neck. You chill it in a chilling unit or freezer, then wrap it in a towel before you place it on the treatment area. It stays soft and pliable, even below freezing.
