Description / Elkay Plastics TMUL - Elkay® Equipment Tags - 750/Case
Elkay Equipment Tags are card stock tags for durable medical equipment (DME) and home medical equipment (HME). The three colors show at a glance whether equipment is clean, dirty or in need of repair. Each tag measures 2-5/16 x 4-3/4 inches.
- Made from durable card stock for DME and HME equipment
- Three colors: green tags for clean equipment, red tags for dirty equipment, yellow tags for equipment that needs repair
- Clean tag has blanks for date cleaned, serial number, checked OVP and tech signature
- Dirty equipment tag and equipment repair tag have blanks for date picked up, serial number and tech signature
- A 12-inch long wire tie is included with each tag
- Tags are 4-3/4 inches long
- Each case holds 250 green clean tags, 250 red dirty tags and 250 yellow repair tags
