- Made from durable cardstock, these tags for durable medical equipment and home medical equipment come in three different colors: Green tags are for clean equipment; red tags are for dirty equipment; and yellow tags are for equipment that needs repair
- Clean tag has blanks for date cleaned, serial number, checked OVP and tech signature
- Dirty equipment and equipment repair tags have blanks for date picked up, serial number and tech signature
- 12-inch long wire tie included with each tag
- Tags are 4¾ inches long
- In a case, there are 250 clean green tags, 250 red dirty tags and 250 yellow repair tags
