The Dynarex fluff bandage roll is a soft, 6-ply crinkle gauze roll, sold nonsterile. You can wrap it over a sponge dressing as a secondary dressing, or use it directly over antiseptic as a primary dressing. It is made with gauze and measures 4-1/2 inches x 4-1/10 yards.
