The Dynarex LanaShield We Care skin protectant is a high lanolin cream, a protective layer you apply to the skin. It comes in a 4 oz. tube and has a scent. It is made for use on diaper-area skin, skin exposed to incontinence, and dry or cracked skin.

- Made for use in the diaper area and for skin affected by diaper dermatitis
- Made for chafed skin or minor skin irritations due to incontinence, and helps seal out wetness
