The Gel "E" general use wheelchair cushion from Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare combines foam and a viscous gel bladder, a fluid-filled layer built into the seat. It is a noninflatable, freestanding seat cushion for wheelchairs. It is designed for clients who are at low risk for skin breakdown.
