The DJO Aircast AirSelect Short is a pneumatic air walker boot, a boot with air cells you inflate to adjust the fit. This Large size is made for adults and works for either the left or right foot. It has an open-frame design and a three-strap system.
- Customizable, independent distal air cells with an integrated inflation system for an individualized fit; no hand bulb needed
- Integrated inflation system lets you adjust each air cell quickly and easily
- Nonmarking, skid-resistant rubber tread, made for traction and durability
- SoftStrike technology absorbs and dissipates energy during heel strike
- Low profile rocker sole supports a normal walking gait and reduces forefoot angulation and knee hyperextension
- Trimmable, heat-moldable semi-rigid shell that can be custom fit
- Sleek, open-frame design provides ventilated protection and supports compliance
- Contours around the malleoli (the ankle bones) are shaped to avoid pressure points
- Three-strap system spreads pressure evenly and eliminates pooling of edema
