The DeRoyal Polyderm Border dressing is a nonadhesive foam dressing with a border, in a 4 inch round shape. It is made of nonadherent, highly absorbent, lint-free polyurethane foam. The thick, soft pad is made to be very conformable and comfortable.
- Listed uses: dermal ulcers, pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, secreting ulcers, 2nd-degree burns, acute wounds, lacerations, abrasions and tube sites
