The Cymed MicroSkin urostomy pouch is a drainable pouch, one you can empty from the bottom. It is a one-piece system, so the pouch and skin barrier come together. The barrier is pre-cut to a 1-1/8 inch stoma opening, so there is no cutting to fit.
