The Check-Flo Performer Micropuncture catheter introducer from Cook Medical is used to introduce balloon, diagnostic and guiding catheters or other devices. The set uses micropuncture access and is supplied sterile. Its listed target area is the radial artery.

- Micropuncture access set includes an .018 inch platinum-tipped nitinol wire guide and a 21 gage access needle
- Introducer sheath dilator has a Van Andel taper to help placement into the vessel
- Sidearm fitting allows flushing around the catheter while it sits inside the sheath
- Side-connection line can be used as a second infusion line
