The Coloplast SenSura Mio Flat 1-Piece Transparent Ostomy Pouch is a drainable pouch, one you can empty from the bottom. It comes pre-cut for a 40 mm stoma, so there is no cutting to fit. The maxi flat design and full-circle filter are made to keep a low profile under clothing.
