The Koolit 600 Series cold pack from Cold Chain Technologies is a refrigerant gel pack, a pack that keeps products cold during shipment without a mechanical cooling system. It is made for shipping refrigerated products, including food, pharmaceuticals and other medical products. It is an economical alternative to wet ice.
- Nonmechanical refrigeration for the safe transport of food products, pharmaceuticals and other medical products
- Economical alternative to wet ice, enclosed in durable 4.1 mil polyethylene film
- Multilayered exterior minimizes surface condensation, which helps protect the product from moisture damage
- Outer film layer absorbs condensation, so products arrive in top condition
- Laminated, metalized film exterior provides a radiant heat barrier and resists punctures
- Phase change formulas suit products that require frozen temperatures or extreme cold and may not tolerate dry ice or carbon dioxide
- Three dozen gel packs per case, each 6-1/2 x 6 x 1 inch
