The Xeroform Nonocclusive dressing is a petrolatum impregnated dressing, a fine mesh gauze pad coated with an ointment. It is a sterile, white rectangle that measures 2 x 2 inch. The dressing is made for minimum to heavy exudate, which is the fluid a wound gives off.
