The Monoject Magellan safety hypodermic needle from Cardinal is a sterile, general use needle with a built-in safety shield. It is 21 gauge and 1-1/2 inches long, with a Luer lock connection. The safety shield slides over the needle and locks, and you operate it with one hand.
