The Dover open intermittent urethral catheter tray is an open-system kit built around a 14 Fr. vinyl urethral catheter. The catheter has no balloon, so it is an intermittent catheter, not one that stays in place. The tray also holds the supplies listed below.

- Intermittent catheter with no balloon
- Tray includes a peel-back lid tray, three benzalkonium chloride (BZK) swabsticks, one underpad and one waterproof drape
