The Kangaroo skin level balloon gastrostomy kit is a feeding tube kit that sits at the level of the skin. It has an 18 Fr. sterile silicone tube that is 1.7 cm long. The kit includes the device along with the feeding sets and supplies listed below.
- Skin level balloon design with external raised feet, made to reduce skin irritation
- Durable balloon that extends the life of the device
- The only skin level balloon gastrostomy system with this external raised feet design
- Feeding port is incompatible with luer lock or IV connections, which reduces the risk of accidental connection or infusion
