The Brownmed Polar Ice hot/cold therapy glove is a full-finger glove lined with flexible gel. You can chill it in the freezer or warm it in the microwave, so one glove serves for both cold and heat. It is ambidextrous, so it fits either hand, and it applies mild compression.
