The BD Visitec Rycroft anterior chamber cannula is a small, fine-gauge cannula made for use during eye surgery. It is used for maintaining or forming the anterior chamber, the fluid-filled space at the front of the eye, and for irrigating the cornea. Its dome shaped tip is extra smooth.
- Used for maintaining or forming the anterior chamber and for irrigating the cornea during surgery
- May be used for injection and removal of air, fluids, viscoelastic substances and miotics
