The BD Affirm VPIII Ambient Temperature Transport System (ATTS) is a specimen collection and transport kit, a set of swabs, tubes and a dropper for collecting a sample and sending it to the lab. It is a sterile microbiology transport kit for swab collection of vaginal fluid samples. It provides 72-hour ambient temperature transport and stability.
- Provides 72-hour ambient temperature transport and stability
- Use with specimens when transport is expected to take longer than 1 hour at ambient temperature (15 - 30° C) or 4 hours at refrigerated temperature (2 - 8° C)
- Kit includes 10 sterile swabs, transport tubes and caps, and a 0.3-mL ATTS reagent dropper dispensing tool
