The BD Vacutainer CPT Molecular Diagnostic Tube is a mononuclear cell preparation tube, a tube that separates cells and plasma in one step. It is a sterile glass tube that holds 8 mL and measures 16 x 125 mm. Laboratory buyers can check the additive, closure and color code below.
- One-step isolation of lymphocytes, monocytes and plasma
- Used to obtain highly concentrated mononuclear cells and/or plasma for immunotyping, culture and cell function studies
