  • BD Difco™ Salmonella O Antisera Group E4 Ftr 1/3/19 Lyophilized
  • Each vial of recombinant Difco Salmonella O Poly Antisera (non-dairy) is produced by electrophoresis of a standard rabbit antisera preparation, and then treated by in situ enzyme digestion
  • Following in situ digestion, the antisera is fixed and stained by an indophenol blue hemaglutination reaction with the host organism, followed by a nonspecific phagocytic examination of the serum by a suitable phage or microscopy
