Description / B. Braun 333308 - Spinocan® Spinal Needle - 50/Case
The B. Braun Spinocan spinal needle is a sterile Quincke style needle in 25 gauge, 4-3/4 inch length. It has a clear ridged polycarbonate hub, so you can see fluid in the hub. It is made of medical grade stainless steel with a thin wall and a metal stylet.
- Clear ridged polycarbonate hub for easy visualization of CSF (cerebrospinal fluid) or blood
- Precision-ground stylet in each needle, made to minimize tissue coring and to glide well
- Close tolerance between the stylet and the inner walls of the needle creates a pumping action that enhances CSF flashback
- Funnel-shaped inner lumen in the hub makes stylet re-insertion simpler
- Ergonomic hub shape for control and handling
