The Adscope 646 Sprague-Rappaport stethoscope is a double tube stethoscope with a double sided chestpiece. It is made for adult and pediatric use. The threaded chestpiece takes interchangeable fittings, so one stethoscope covers a range of exam needs.
- Threaded zinc chestpiece drum, chrome plated, accepts five interchangeable chestpiece fittings: an adult and a pediatric diaphragm, and three bells
- Fittings give complete diagnostic capability in most patients
- Double tube configuration, with 2 black tubes (double lumen)
- Proprietary valve mechanism eliminates acoustic leakage
- Adjustable binaurals in chrome plated brass
- Accessory pouch included, holding the bell chestpieces, a chestpiece key, two spare diaphragms, one pair of mushroom ear tips and one pair of silicone ear tips
- Inspected and packaged in the United States
