The AliMed adjustable heel lift is a shoe insert that raises the heel. This adult medium size is made of leather and rubber, with a leather top cover. You can use heel lifts as a pair, or with a post-op shoe.
- Use the lifts in both shoes (bilaterally) to help reduce stress on the heel cord and plantar fascia
- Use with a post-op shoe to eliminate pelvic obliquity
