The Alimed Hand Helper II is a hand exerciser built for progressive-resistive hand strengthening, meaning you can raise the resistance as you go. You can use it to work on gross grasp or to exercise a single finger. A cushioned palmar base, the padded part that rests against your palm, is part of the design.
