The AirTite Products Comfort Point Lo-Dose insulin syringe comes with a needle already attached, so it is ready to fill. It holds 0.3 mL and is marked for U-100 insulin. It is a standard syringe without a safety feature.

- Reduced dead space, so less insulin is left behind in the syringe
- Auto ground needle tip, made for greater comfort
