The 3M Nexcare No Hurt wrap is a self-adherent cohesive bandage, also sold as hypoallergenic medical tape. It sticks to itself and not to hair or skin, so you can remove it without pulling. It comes in tan, 3 Inch x 2-1/5 Yard.
