The Monocryl Plus suture with needle is an absorbable suture, one the body absorbs over time, made of Poliglecaprone 25 with Irgacare MP antibacterial suture material. It is a monofilament, a single smooth strand, that suits high-risk patients or procedures where bacterial presence is a concern. It comes sterile with a 3/8 circle stainless steel needle attached.
