How is shipping charged?
We charge a flat shipping fee per order, and our shipping fees are among the lowest in the business. The exact amount for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska carry an additional charge.
Where do my products ship from?
Your order ships directly to you from warehouses around the country. This keeps our costs, and your prices, low. Everything we sell is new: we never sell used, refurbished or expired products.
How do product subscriptions work?
We can ship most products to you on a regular schedule (weekly, monthly, quarterly or whatever suits you) as a single recurring order. A subscription takes an automatic 5% off every product you order, on every delivery, not just the first. Even if you cancel after the first delivery, that discount stays.
You can start, change or cancel a subscription at any time by logging in to your account, and our customer care team can manage any part of it for you. Most subscription products ship by UPS with tracking numbers.
