Our Low Price Guarantee and subscription savings.
What is your Low Price Guarantee?
We commit to having the lowest price available on anything we sell. To take us up on it, send us the web address of the product at [email protected] or call (800) 410-7934. The competing offer must meet these conditions:
- The price is publicly visible online at the time you ask.
- The competitor has the product in stock.
- The competitor is a registered supplier, reseller or distributor of the product.
- It is new product stated to be sold in the US (no gray-market or expired product).
- The price is above our cost. If it is not, we tell you and offer the best price we can; if that does not work for you, we will cancel the order at your request and refund you in full.
