The Coloplast Biatain Adhesive foam dressing is a bordered dressing made for the heel. It has a hydrocolloid adhesive border, so it stays in place where extra adhesion is needed. The soft, flexible foam is comfortable to wear.
- 3D foam structure: when it touches exudate (wound fluid), the three-dimensional Biatain foam conforms closely to the wound bed, even under compression
- Absorbs and retains exudate, which helps limit maceration (skin softening from moisture) and leakage
- Adhesive dressing suited to wounds with healthy skin around the wound and to areas that need extra adhesion
- Absorption capacity supports a long wear time
- Soft, flexible dressing that is comfortable to wear
