The Coloplast Biatain Adhesive with Border is a sterile foam dressing with a hydrocolloid adhesive border, a skin-friendly adhesive edge that holds the dressing in place. It is a square, tan dressing made of polyurethane foam and measures 7 x 7 inches. Its soft, flexible build is designed for comfortable wear.
- Three-dimensional foam structure: when it contacts exudate (wound fluid), the Biatain foam conforms closely to the wound bed, even under compression
- Made for high absorption and retention of exudate, which helps limit maceration (skin softening from moisture) and leakage
- Long wear time, supported by the dressing's absorption capacity
