The 3M Littmann Cardiology IV is a cardiology stethoscope with a convertible chestpiece and a single 27 inch tube in raspberry. It is made for adult and pediatric use. Its tunable diaphragm lets you listen to high or low frequency sounds without changing the chestpiece.
