The 3M Littmann Cardiology IV is a cardiology stethoscope made for adult and pediatric exams. It has a convertible chestpiece with a tunable diaphragm on each side. A single-piece diaphragm is designed to improve audibility of high frequency sounds.

- Open bell versatility: replace the single-piece diaphragm on the pediatric side with a non-chill sleeve to convert it to a traditional open bell
