The 3M Littmann Cardiology IV is a binaural cardiology stethoscope for adult and pediatric use. It has a tunable diaphragm, so you can hear high or low frequency sounds by changing the pressure of the chestpiece on the chest. The purple tubing is a double lumen design in a 22-inch length.
