The Gentell Xtrasorb adhesive gelling foam dressing is a sterile foam dressing with a silicone adhesive border. It measures 6 x 6 inches and has a 4-3/10 x 4-3/10 inch pad. It is made for facilities and home caregivers who need a bordered foam dressing with clear specs.
