The Xtrasorb adhesive gelling foam dressing from Gentell is a sterile, square foam dressing with a border, in a 3-1/5 x 3-1/5 inch size. It is made for moderately to heavily exuding wounds, meaning wounds that produce a medium to large amount of fluid. Its super-absorbent polymers bind fluid and convert it to a gel.
